Dear Clients,

The issue with Olivia has now been fully resolved.

In short, this was due to a manual file system check that was required, which caused the system to hang indefinitely on boot due to another system process not exiting as it should have. This is very unusual, and our engineers will be working to try and recreate the event in a test environment so we can further debug it.

At this time all services should now be operating normally. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that this unexpected issue during routine maintenance might have caused.

Investigating

We're investigating a boot issue with the Olivia server at present, and our engineers are working to resolve it. As soon as we have a further update, we will let you know.

Maintenance

We are rebooting Olivia to upgrade its kernel, and also upgrade its backup system. This should just take a few minutes to complete.
