We have now fully mitigated this attack and this issue should now be fully resolved. We apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused.

Problem Identified

Dear Customers,

We are continuing to investigate this issue, though service should now have returned to normality for the vast majority of our customer base. The network issue has been caused by an attack on one of our servers which we are still working to identify.

We do expect to have this fully mitigated very shortly.

Opened

We are currently experiencing an intermittent outage on our UK network. We are investigating this at present.
