Investigating

Dear Clients,

The server came back online, however an issue was identified during the file system check which requires a second file system check to resolve. This is being run at present, and we will have Hector back online just as quickly as possible.

We apologise for this maintenance window over-running our original estimate of 4am UTC.

Maintenance Planned

Dear Clients,

We are scheduling a reboot of the Hector server to both upgrade its core operating system kernel version, and increase disk space within the server.

The reboot will be issued at some point between 02:00 and 04:00 UTC (03:00 and 05:00 BST) on Monday 2nd October, 2017. The reboot itself will only take a couple of minutes, however as part of this, we do expect the server to run a routine file system check which will take a few extra minutes to complete.

If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to let us know via our help desk.

Kind regards,

Kualo Support
