Dear Clients,

Further to the infrastructure issue that occurred at 00:30 UTC today (December 12th, 2018), our support team will be issuing reboots to resolve an issue with the off-server backup storage within these servers. We anticipate this being completed within two hours, with each server taking between 1 and 10 minutes to reboot, depending on whether or not a file system check was executed during the boot process).
