The power component was replaced successfully, and after further monitoring has shown no further problems we therefore consider this issue resolved.

We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience that this hardware failure caused.

Problem Identified

The faulty component will be replaced by our engineers shortly. This will affect a small number of clients, all of which we have communicated with directly.

The component related to the power failure has been identified. A temporary fix is in place so the service is restored, and a permanent fix is now being worked on.
