Dear Clients,

We will be rebooting the Othello server overnight tonight, between 00:00 BST and 02:00 BST (22nd May, 2020). This is to deploy an updated system kernel, and also to increase some server resource allocations to resolve some intermittent performance degradation we’ve identified.

We anticipate approximately 5 minutes of service outage during this maintenance window.
