Dear Clients,

In conjunction with Zimbra engineers, we were able to develop a fix a partial failure with connections to the LDAP service that controls authentication within the platform.

A lot of logging data was captured during today’s issue which will now be analysed in detail to gain further insight into the initial cause of this problem.

We sincerely apologise for this very unusual extended service interruption.

We apologise for the continued intermittent degraded service with our Zimbra platform today. We have been able to reduce the frequency of the issue. and senior Zimbra engineers are actively working to diagnose this so it can be fully resolved.
