Bianca returned to service approximately 20 minutes ago, and we’ve been monitoring closely since.

Dear Clients,

We had to take action to reboot the Bianca server after it became unresponsive due to what we believe to be an overload. The server has just triggered an extended file system check, which regrettably will delay it coming back online to resume normal service.

We’re monitoring this at present, but don’t have a clear indication as to how long this process might take. Typically we’d anticipate this to complete within around 45 minutes.

We’ll provide an update just as soon as we have further information.
