The upgrade of MySQL to version 5.7 on our Hector server is underway.
This maintenance window will run through until 03:00 UTC today (Wednesday 7th December, 2022).
During this window, we anticipate that MySQL connectivity will be unavailable for up to approximately 60 minutes. This means that any website applications operating within your account that rely on backend MySQL connectivity will not work during this time. As with all maintenance we perform, we will do our utmost to minimise any downtime and associated impact to your service.
