Our systems engineering team will be performing an upgrade of MySQL to version 5.7 on the Octavius server between 00:00 UTC and 03:00 on Thursday 15th December, 2022.
During this window, we anticipate that MySQL connectivity will be unavailable for up to approximately 60 minutes. This means that any website applications operating within your account that rely on backend MySQL connectivity will not work during this time.
As with all maintenance we perform, we will do our utmost to minimize any downtime and associated impact to your service.
