We will reach out to impacted clients in the coming week with a comprehensive update on this outage.

Problem Identified

We have identified a critical fault in one of our network switches. Despite exhaustive efforts to recover the switch, it has been deemed irrecoverable. To restore services, our team is rerouting connections to an alternative switch, which will involve some physical recabling.

As we re-establish network connections, servers will gradually come back online. We anticipate that this process will take approximately one hour to complete. Please note that while some services may be restored sooner, it could take up to one hour for all client services to be fully operational.

Investigating

We are experiencing a partial network outage impacting several servers in our Tampa facility. This is due to a device failure in a rack - we are currently investigating and will post an update as soon as possible.
