On Wednesday 27th March 2024 commencing 0800 UTC, our storage solution supplier will be performing rolling maintenance across our storage cluster in our Tampa, USA facility.
This maintenance will see us upgrade software to the latest release, and will be done per node in a rolling fashion so as not to cause any service interruptions to clients. At most, there will be a 2 second pause on data reads/writes per underlying node, which due to its brief nature will not impact your services.
This maintenance window will be in place for two hours, ending at 1000 UTC.
