Dear Clients,
Our datacenter engineers will perform maintenance on our A-side power systems. This maintenance will include upgrades to UPS systems and a range of other planned preventative maintenance and testing actions that form part of our electrical safety obligations. B-side power will be unaffected to ensure continuity of service for client systems.
We don’t anticipate this impacting service; however, we are classifying this maintenance window as ‘at risk’ due to the loss of power on A-side PDUs while work is undertaken.
