Dear Clients,
Following on from the drive replacement that occurred on our Lennox server on the 1st of July, our engineering team has to perform a reboot to resolve an issue that has arisen after the previous emergency maintenance window.
This work will start outside of business hours tonight (Tuesday, 8th July 2025), during a two-hour maintenance window from 10:00 PM to midnight BST. We’ll post an update here before the reboot begins within that window.
As always, our team will work to keep any downtime as short as possible.
