We’re pleased to announce that this operation has been completed successfully, with just a brief downtime for affected CloudVPS servers while they were rebooted.

Dear Clients,

Our monitoring systems have identified a hardware failure within a section of our London cloud infrastructure. While client servers are still operating as normal, we have begun work to migrate client servers within the affected section of our cloud across to redundant and unaffected computing resource. Client servers that are affected will experience a brief reboot, which typically should last no more than a few minutes.
