During the maintenance, it’s possible that some clients may have seen some intermittent packet loss, which typically would have lasted for a few seconds at a time. This wouldn’t have affected all inbound routes, but just some.
At this time, our systems show that all is operating normally.

Dear Clients,
We will be performing maintenance on our UK (London) network on Friday 20th February 2026, starting at midnight (00:00 UTC).
We do not anticipate any outages during this time, however we are raising this window as an ‘at risk’ period as the maintenance is performed by our engineers.
The maintenance will take place over a 4 hour period:

End: 04:00 UTC, 20th February 2026
