On Thursday 23rd April 2026, our datacentre facility in London will undergo an electrical substation upgrade, to allow for future facility growth.
We are creating a maintenance window for this event which will start at 0800 BST and end at 1600 BST (~8 hours). The actual work on the substation within this window is anticipated to take around two hours to complete.
Prior to the maintenance, datacentre power workload will be manually migrated across to generator supply, and we do not anticipate any impact to our clients during this maintenance window. Given the nature of the work being undertaken, we are classifying this maintenance window as ‘at risk’.
